You will need:
First layer:
100 g oatmeal flour
100 g almond flour
90 g Natty “Other” peanut butter
1 tablespoon coconut oil
0.5 teaspoon of natural vanilla powder or extract
Second layer:
300 g pitted dates
40 g Natty “Other” peanut butter
50 ml of dates soaking water
1/3 teaspoon salt
60 g salted peanuts
For glazing:
300 g of dark chocolate
2 tablespoons coconut oil
Preparation:
Pour hot water over the dates and soak them for 10 minutes. At the same time, use a blender or food processor to process the components of the first layer into a smooth dough and press the mixture tightly onto the bottom of a mold (24 x 17 cm) lined with cooking paper.
For the caramel layer, blend the soaked dates, the soaking water of the dates, “Smuuud” peanut butter and salt. Spread the mixture evenly on the first layer. If desired, chop the salted nuts and sprinkle them on the layer of caramel and lightly press into the mixture with your hands.
Place the snickers in the freezer for a few hours.
To glaze, melt the dark chocolate with coconut oil, cut equal bars from the Snickers and dip them in the chocolate and place on the drain.
Store in a refrigerator or freezer and serve cool.
