Natty energy balls with raw cocoa and cherries
Energy is always needed! Here you will find a quick and delicious recipe for an evening dessert, on a party table, to school or for a picnic!
You will need:
Quantity: 14 pcs
100 g wholemeal instant oatmeal
100 g Natty “Almondo” almond butter
50 g of juicy dried dates
50 g of dried cherries
1 tablespoon raw cocoa
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons water
a little bit of salt
Preparation:
If the dates are with stones, remove the stones first. Then put all the components in a food processor and crush into an even mass. The mixture should be sticky and chewy, add a little water if necessary.
Form balls with your hands and let them stand a little cold before eating. Form a good size balls with your hands and let them cool down in the fridge before eating.
