Natty’s morning super pudding
A little blending, mixing, filling the jar and waiting. In the morning the super pudding is ready!
You will need:
Quantity: for 2
1 ripe banana
1 teaspoon of soluble (decaffeinated) coffee
40 g of Natty “HansZolo” nuttbutter
300 ml of plant-based milk (eg. oat milk)
70 g of chia seeds
1/5 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Blend banana, coffee, Natty nut butter, salt and plant-based milk into an even mixture. Pour into a jar or bowl, add the chia seeds and mix well. Let the pudding harden in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight) and serve with plant-based yoghurt, berries, banana slices, muesli, etc.
