Butternut pumkin and peanut
650 g of butternut pumkin
150 g Natty “Smuuud” peanut butter
1 beautiful red chilli
2 cloves of garlic
150-200 g of pumpkin boiling water
Tabasco
Sea salt
Extras:
Cream (optional)
Chilli flakes
Tomato oil (optional)
Herbal mix
Peel and chop the pumpkin into cubes. Remove the seeds from the chilli and simmer in the water with the pumpkin. Put the pumpkin in a blender and puree until smooth. Add 150-200 g of pumpkin boiling water, garlic cloves and peanut butter. Puree until you get a silky puree. Season the soup with sea salt and tabasco. Be careful when adding Tabasco, in case you add it too much the soup might be ruined.
