Natty Asian Peanut Sauce
We’ve shared simple recipes on how to make a nice sauce from peanut butter before, but here’s another idea!
The sauce is wonderfully suitable for various salads, noodle dishes, sushi or as a dip for spring rolls.
Recommendation:
70 g Natty “Smuuud” peanut butter
1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
40 ml of water
about 2 cm piece of ginger
1 clove of garlic
1 red chilli (quantity suit for your taste)
1 teaspoon honey
salted nuts if desired
Preparation:
Peel the garlic, ginger and remove seeds from the chilli. If necessary, cut into small pieces and blend or crush all the components into an even creamy sauce using a hand mixer.
If you want to add crumbs and playfulness to the sauce, add chopped nuts.
