Crispy Chicken Hamburger
Who wouldn’t like a nice hamburger ? There are probably few of them, most likley even fewer who would not like a crispy chicken hamburger. The delicious taste of coating just makes this chicken wonderful. Pleasantly spicy and crispy texture fits perfectly between a soft brioche bun. Accompanied by lightly spicy peanut butter sauce and very traditional: cucumber, onion, etc.
Chicken marinade:
500 g chicken thighs
250 g of milk
250 g of kefir
Sea salt
2 chilli (chopped)
1 onion (chopped)
3 tablespoons Natty “Kranži” peanut butter
Chicken coating:
500 g of wheat flour
Sea salt
Pepper powder
Cayenne pepper
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Frying:
1L rapeseed oil
Hamburger sauce:
2 tablespoons Natty “Kranži” peanut butter
2 teaspoons of low salt soy sauce
1.5 teaspoons sesame oil
1 tsp water
1 teaspoon rice vinegar
1 clove of garlic (crushed)
Between the hamburgers: for 4
4 Brioche buns
2 Pickled cucumbers (sliced)
1 Red onion (sliced)
2 Tomatoes (sliced)
First, prepare the marinade. To do this, mix together milk, kefir, onions, chilli, Natty “Kranži” peanut butter and season with sea salt. Cut the chicken thighs into 2-3 pieces and marinate it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
When the meat is marinated, prepare the coating mixture. To do this, mix the solids and place the chicken pieces in it. I reccomend to make a double coating. Heat the frying oil to 180 degrees andd deep fry the chicken until done.
For the hamburger sauce, mix all the ingredients together.
Now put the burger together in the order you like best.
