Natty Peanut-Coffee Nice-Cream
Go to the forest when it’s hot !!!!!
You can get about 6 pieces:
4 bananas
3 teaspoons instant coffee
4 tablespoons Natty “Smuuud” peanut butter
¼ teaspoon of salt
60 ml of blant-based milk (almond)
a little coconut oil, dark chocolate and salted nuts for glazing if desired
Recommendation:
Both decaffeinated and regular coffee can be used in ice cream and can also be replaced by chicory or raw cocoa.
If there are no ice cream forms, an exciting way to serve is to pour the ice cream mixture into ice cube forms and then serve from a bowl, sprinkle with melted dark chocolate and nut crumbs.
The glaze can be partially skimmed, coverer ice cream completely, half or not at all.
Preparation:
Blend together the banana, coffee, blant-based milk, peanut butter and salt until the mixture is evenly creamy. If you want a texture, you can mix in finer chopped nuts or pieces of chocolate. Pour the mixture into ice cream molds and freeze.
If desired, melt the coconut oil and chocolate in a pot, let cool and use the glaze in the way you like.
